Our Story
HVAC Double Check was founded to fill a need in today’s construction industry—prioritizing creative HVAC engineering to support thoughtful, comfortable spaces.
Founder Tricia Drake has over a decade of experience in Washington State and has helped hundreds of architects and contractors design mechanical systems that enhance the built environment.
Her industry experience spans large and small projects in healthcare, commercial tenant improvements, retail and hospitality.
