Project Scope and services

Mechanical and Plumbing design for 3 story new construction apartment building with 15 dwelling units and pursuing Phius Certification.

Puget Place Residence

LOcation: Seattle, Wa • Year: 2022

Project Scope and services

Mechanical design for a 4,728 SF single family home.

Phinney Ave Apartments

LOcation: seattle, Wa • Year: 2021

Project Scope and services

Mechanical design for a new construction multifamily project in Seattle. The design included energy recovery for corridors and community spaces and ductless split systems for the residences.

Ray Residence

LOcation: Hunt’s point, Wa • Year: 2021

Project Scope and services

Mechanical design for an upscale residence in Hunt’s point. The design included gas furnaces with air conditioning, whole house ventilation and direct vent gas fireplaces.

INDOOR POOL MECHANICAL UPGRADE

LOcation: Bellevue, Wa • Year: 2021

Project Scope and services

Mechanical permit and VGB compliance for an existing pool and spa located in a multifamily building in Bellevue. Performed multiple site visits to document the existing system and worked with the department of health reviewer to identify the changes required for compliance.
